Mythos (Aust) Pty Ltd is the sole operator and owner of this site.

Our goal is to provide a unique enjoyable environment for all guests. If you need assistance have any enquiries or suggestions, please do not hesitate to call our Office or email us.  Our contact information is located on the Location Page of our site. 

Privacy: We collect your personal information only when you have provided it to us voluntarily. You can supply this information through various methods but principally when transacting business with us to purchase tickets and for any general enquiries.  MYTHOS respects the privacy of every individual and organisation that visits this site or submits a response to any of the online enquiry forms provided.

What do we do with your information:  MYTHOS will not publish, give, trade or sell your personal identifiable information to anyone else without your permission.  We will record your email address if you send us an email message.  The information we collect may be used to provide such capabilities as personalised services.  We may also use the information to inform you of updates.  We may occasionally contact you with information regarding specials at MYTHOS.

Ticket Cancellations: Please ensure your payment is made by the date specified in your confirmation details. Seats that remain unpaid by this time will be automatically released to our waiting list.  If an entire booking is cancelled, a $25.00 per ticket cancellation fee will apply. Payments may be made by money order, bank cheque, cash, EFTPOS or credit card (credit card payments may be made by Telephone, Fax or e-mail).  Personal and Business cheques will not be accepted.  Our  office is open from 10.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Saturday for cash and EFTPOS payments.  Seats that are not required will only receive a refund if communicated to us no later than 1 week prior to the night except in the months of November and December which require at least 2 weeks prior notice. No refunds will be made after this time.

Age Restrictions: We have no age restrictions at MYTHOS, however all parents / guardians need to be aware that our show is rated MA.  MYTHOS, caters for adults in our evening shows.  There are sexual references and crude jokes throughout the performance.  We allow minors to attend; it is you, as the parent / guardian who is responsible for their attendance.
Prices:  All prices are in Australian dollars inclusive of G.S.T.
Strictly No B.Y.O: MYTHOS is a fully licensed restaurant.  There is NO BYO.  Drinks are not included in the ticket price unless otherwise stated.  Guests must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. MYTHOS reserve the right to check for proof of age.  MYTHOS reserves the right to deny admission to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol, or for disruptive behaviour. There is strictly no dancing on the tables and bars at Mythos

Use: Users may download and view the material or print a copy of material on this Website for personal, non-commercial use provided you do not modify the copy from how it appears on this Website (including any copyright notice). All rights not expressly granted under these terms of use are reserved. Users will not use this Website for any purpose or in any way which is unlawful.
